{"id":2960,"date":"2026-02-02T13:33:15","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T13:33:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bernas24.com\/?p=2960"},"modified":"2026-02-02T13:33:15","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T13:33:15","slug":"pemko-tegas-hiburan-malam-harus-taat-aturan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bernas24.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/02\/pemko-tegas-hiburan-malam-harus-taat-aturan\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemko Tegas: Hiburan Malam Harus Taat Aturan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">PEKANBARU<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"> \u2013 Pemerintah Kota (Pemko) Pekanbaru memperketat pengawasan terhadap operasional Tempat Hiburan Malam (THM) menyusul mencuatnya sejumlah dugaan pelanggaran yang menjadi sorotan publik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"687\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Langkah ini diambil setelah beredarnya video di media sosial yang memicu keresahan masyarakat, terkait aktivitas hiburan malam yang dinilai tidak sesuai dengan izin usaha serta indikasi penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh pengunjung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"857\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Wakil Wali Kota Pekanbaru, <strong data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"735\">Markarius Anwar<\/strong>, menegaskan bahwa Pemko tidak akan ragu melakukan evaluasi hingga penindakan terhadap THM yang terbukti melanggar aturan.ucap Makarius Wakil Walikota Pekanbaru ( 2\/2\/2026)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1087\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Ia menyebutkan, setiap tempat hiburan malam memiliki tanggung jawab penuh atas seluruh aktivitas yang berlangsung di dalam area usaha mereka. Pengawasan internal dinilai menjadi kunci utama untuk mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1392\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Sebagai tindak lanjut, Pemko Pekanbaru bersama Polresta Pekanbaru telah melakukan inspeksi langsung ke sejumlah lokasi hiburan malam. Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan memastikan operasional THM berjalan sesuai ketentuan serta tidak menjadi ruang bagi praktik-praktik yang bertentangan dengan norma dan hukum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1567\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Pemko juga mengingatkan bahwa izin operasional hiburan malam dapat dievaluasi bahkan dicabut apabila pengelola terbukti lalai atau sengaja membiarkan terjadinya pelanggaran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1732\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Melalui upaya ini, Pemko Pekanbaru berharap pengelola THM dapat lebih disiplin, sekaligus menjaga citra kota agar tetap kondusif, aman, dan nyaman bagi
